1. How do I track the status of an order?

Sign into your account at vinora.com.sg. Once logged in, click on your name in the site navigation and select "Orders" to view the status of your purchase.

2. Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?

If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact our Customer Service Team on Whatsapp as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed for delivery.

3. I have further questions. Whom should I contact?

4. Do you have a shop in Singapore?

At the moment, we do not have a physical shop. Vinora operates solely via e-commerce, providing you with the convenience of browsing and purchasing wine directly from our website.

5. Is there someone I can meet in person to discuss bigger orders or plan events?

Yes, we are happy to assist with larger orders or event planning. Please contact us via WhatsApp or through our Contact Form to schedule a discussion with one of our representatives.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including:

8. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders above SGD 300. For smaller orders:

  • Below SGD 150: SGD 25 per location
  • SGD 151 to 299: SGD 15 per location

9. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside Singapore, feel free to contact us for special requests, and we will try to assist where possible.

10. What is your return policy?

12. What is your policy regarding the sale of alcohol to minors?
